Scoop ripe breadfruit with a spoon and add it to a blender with onions, garlic, and a piece of ginger.
Blend until the onions are incorporated into the breadfruit mixture.
Add a quarter cup of flour and a blend of powdered season and dry herbs to the breadfruit mix and combine well.
Pinch off enough dough to form a golf ball-sized ball and roll it in your hands.
Coat the ball in egg wash and then roll it in bread crumbs that contain parsley.
Heat coconut oil in a pan and lower the heat to medium.
Add the breadfruit balls to the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Optionally, add cheese to the center of the balls before frying.
After frying, place the balls in a toaster oven at 400 degrees for about five minutes to cook through and allow some oil to drain.
