Mix in vanilla extract and salt.
Fold in flour gently until just combined.
Pour the batter into prepared ramekins until halfway full.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
Let cool for 1 minute before inverting onto plates.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
