Place the butter & chocolate in a double boiler or metal mixing bowl over simmering water. Heat the butter and chocolate until they melt.

While the chocolate is melting, combine the whole eggs and egg yolks in a mixing bowl and whip them for 5-6 minutes until they slightly thicken.

Add the sugar & salt to the egg mixture and whip for 1 minute to blend them well.

Fold in the flour to combine.

Once the chocolate and butter have melted, lightly whip them together until a smooth mixture is formed, then add them to the egg mixture.

Pour the mixture into a well-greased and floured ramekin up to about half an inch from the top.

Place the mixture in an oven heated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake it for 12-14 minutes.

Once it's done baking, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 1 minute.

Transfer the cake onto a serving plate side down and serve. Feel free to garnish it with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, chopped nuts, or whipped cream.
