Melt down a stick of butter in a saucepan.
Add 1 cup of brown sugar to the melted butter and mix well.
Pour in 1 cup of pineapple juice and 1 cup of honey.
Add 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard to the mixture.
Incorporate 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon of allspice, and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and bring the glaze to a simmer until it thickens.
Place the ham in a baking dish and gently separate the slices.
Lay a few pineapple slices at the bottom of the dish.
Pour the glaze all over the ham, ensuring it gets between every slice.
Combine 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika for the topping.
Spread the topping over the ham and gently pack it down.
Cover the ham with foil and bake at 325°F for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
After 1.5 hours, remove the foil and give it one final baste.
Broil the ham for a few minutes until the top gets nice and crisp.
