Prepare the glaze by mixing cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
In a medium-sized pot over medium heat, melt butter and add brown sugar, stirring until combined.
Add honey, pineapple juice, and the slurry to the pot, stirring well.
Cook the glaze until it thickens, about 6 minutes, whisking when it starts to bubble.
Check the ham's internal temperature with an instant thermometer; it should be around 140°F before removing the foil.
Remove about a cup of liquid from the pan to prevent diluting the glaze.
Pour the glaze over the ham and stir the liquid at the bottom of the pan.
Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (204°C) and bake uncovered to caramelize the glaze, basting a few times during cooking.
