Coconut Curry Fish

3 red snapper cleaned (1 pound each)
1/2 tsp fish seasoning
salt to taste
crushed black pepper
granulated onion
granulated garlic
tandoori masala
bouillon
green seasoning
olive oil for frying and cooking sauce
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 tbsp curry powder
2 leeks
2 small onions

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
