1 tbsp Shao Xing Wine
1 tsp Grated garlic
1 tbsp Sugar optional
3-4 slices Ginger
4-5 stalks Spring onions white part
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Cooking oil vegetable or neutral flavour oil
1 tbsp Water
