In a separate bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into the biscuit mixture gently.
Prepare a mold by lining it with plastic wrap.
Layer half of the biscuit mixture in the mold, pressing down firmly.
Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
Pour melted chocolate over the first layer and spread evenly.
Add the remaining biscuit mixture on top and press down again.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Once set, remove from mold and peel off plastic wrap.
Garnish with nuts, coconut flakes, and fruit preserves as desired.
Slice and serve chilled.
