Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.

Allow the dough to cool slightly, then mix in eggs one at a time until smooth.

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).

Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.

Pipe strips of dough into hot oil, cutting with scissors to desired length.

Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove churros and drain on paper towels.

Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl; roll churros in the mixture while warm.

Serve with chocolate sauce for dipping.
