Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a saucepan.

Pour in 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.

Add 2 teaspoons of sugar to the boiling mixture.

Turn heat down to medium and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour and the zest of 1 orange, mixing until it forms a ball and pulls away from the pan.

Transfer the dough to a bowl to cool slightly.

Once slightly cooled, add 4 eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth after each addition.
