Coconut oil is a healthier fat alternative.

Add some water into a pan.

Add butter and some sugar, and mix it.

Once the butter melts completely and water starts to boil, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour and mix it until it forms a soft dough.

Turn off the flame and transfer the dough into a bigger bowl, allowing it to cool down.

Once it cools down, add 3 eggs one at a time and mix it with the dough to make a smooth consistency batter.

Transfer the dough into a piping bag and refrigerate this piping bag for around 10 to 15 minutes.

Heat some oil in a deep fryer or large pot.

Start piping the churros into the hot oil.

Fry until they turn golden brown on both sides, then take them out.

Mix some sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl and coat the fried churros in it.

Serve with chocolate ganache.
