Combine warm milk, sugar, and dry yeast in a bowl; let sit for 10 minutes.
Add salt and wheat flour to the yeast mixture.
Add one chicken egg and melted butter; knead the dough until soft and elastic.
Grease the dough with vegetable oil and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Roll out the dough to 1-2 cm thick and cut into circles with a diameter of 6 cm.
Let the cut dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
Heat enough vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
Gently dip the rolled baursaki into the heated oil and fry until golden on both sides.
