Boil 5 eggs in an egg boiler or regular pot.

Prepare the tomatoes by cutting them into halves and removing the core.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan.

Add the halved tomatoes and sprinkle with salt, cover, and cook until the skin separates from the tomatoes.

Add approximately 1/4 cup of water to create a gravy-like consistency.

Arrange the boiled eggs in the tomato mixture, cut in half with the yolk facing up.
