1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
