Start by sifting 2 cups of flour into a bowl.
Add sugar and salt, then mix.
Add 10 grams of yeast to the mixture.
In another bowl, lightly beat 2 eggs and add 200 ml of milk.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until it reaches a dough-like consistency.
Add 2 tablespoons of margarine and knead the dough, adding more flour if necessary, until smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rest until doubled in size, approximately 50 minutes.
While the dough rises, prepare the apples by leaving the skin on and slicing them thinly.
In a separate bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of margarine with 3 tablespoons of sugar to create a cream.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1 cm thick.
Spread the margarine and sugar cream over the dough, then layer the sliced apples on top.
Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and cut into slices about 2 fingers thick.
Transfer the slices to a greased baking dish measuring 40 cm by 28 cm.
Cover the slices and let them rest until doubled in size, about 50 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
Bake the slices for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and brush with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
