Deseed 15 kashmiri chilies by snipping off the top and shaking out the seeds.

Chop the chilies into smaller bits to fit into the mixer jar.

Add 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns, and 20 cloves to the jar.

Break a 1/4 inch stick of cinnamon and add it to the jar.
