1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Mrs Dash (Salt Free)
2 1/2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 cups Jasmine Rice
3 tsp Butter
1 1/2 cups water
