We're going to make a dirty martini.

Start with 2 oz (60 mls) of Heretic Spirits gin.

Add 3/4 oz (22 1/2 mls) of Lustau's dry vermouth.

Pour in 1/2 oz (15 mls) of olive brine.

Fill your stirring glass about 3/4 of the way full with ice.

Stir the mixture for a good 30 seconds until you hit the dilution and temperature you prefer.

Grab your favorite martini glass and a Jeulip strainer.

Strain the mixture into the martini glass.

Garnish with 2-4 colossal olives, personally recommending 3.
