Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Cut the cabbage into thin strips.

Place the cabbage in a 9 by 13 Pyrex pan.

Drizzle 3 tablespoons of organic chicken broth over the cabbage.

Slice the jalapeno and cheese sausage link and lay it on top of the cabbage.

Drizzle 2 to 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil on top of the sausage and cabbage.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil.

Cook in the oven for 30 minutes covered with foil, then remove the foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes to brown.

Remove from the oven and serve.
