Pour in 400 grams of coconut milk, starting with the cream for thickness control.
Let the mixture simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
If desired, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste or passata for richness.
Add a splash of lemon juice or lime juice to balance the spice if needed.
Add chopped vegetables of choice, such as kale or potatoes, and simmer until tender.
