Add 1.5 scoops of ice to the blender, ensuring it just covers the surface of the liquid.

Blend until smooth, ensuring no lumps of ice remain.

Pour the blended mixture into pre-chilled glasses.

Garnish as desired.

For the pina colada fresca, cut open a coconut to extract coconut water.

Add 2 scoops of crushed ice to a chilled collins glass.

Add white rum to the collins glass.

Add fresh pineapple juice to the collins glass.

Muddle pineapple chunks in the collins glass.

Add a hint of white cane sugar to the collins glass.

Add coconut water to the collins glass and stir.
