0.25 ounces lime juice
0.5 ounces coconut cream or cream of coconut
1 ounce white rum
1 ounce Appleton signature rum

Start by measuring 1.5 ounces of pineapple juice and pour it into a shaker.

Add 0.25 ounces of lime juice to the shaker.

Next, measure 0.5 ounces of coconut cream or cream of coconut and add it to the shaker.

For sweetness, prepare a mixture of two parts coconut cream to one part simple syrup, and use 0.5 ounces of this mixture in the shaker.

Pour in 1 ounce of white rum of your choice, and then add 1 ounce of Appleton signature rum.

Seal the shaker and whip shake the mixture to aerate the pineapple juice and make it fluffy.

Once shaken, pour the mixture into a glass filled with pebble ice.
