Boil 300g spaghetti in water with 2 tsp salt. Once cooked, drain the water, add 1 tbsp oil to the spaghetti, mix well to prevent sticking, and set aside.

2

In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp white pepper, and 1/4 tsp baking soda. Mix well and set aside for marination.

3

In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp sriracha sauce, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp sesame/olive oil, 3 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp salt. Set the sauce aside.
