1/2 cup red quinoa
1 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup coconut-flavored almond milk
1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tsp cream of coconut
1/2 banana, mashed
1 tsp cinnamon
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
Fresh banana slices
Strawberries
Blueberries
Raspberries
Unsoaked chia seeds
Nature Valley granola
Additional scoop of Greek yogurt
A drizzle of honey

In a medium pot, combine steel-cut oats, red quinoa, chia seeds, and coconut-flavored almond milk.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and cover, cooking for about 30 minutes until the oats and quinoa are tender.
