Add 200 grams of digestive biscuits to a food processor and pulse into a coarse powder.
In a bowl, combine the coarse biscuit powder with 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1/3 cup of melted butter until well mixed.
Grease an 8x8 inch cake mold and line it with parchment paper, then grease the parchment paper.
Transfer the biscuit mixture into the prepared pan and press it down evenly to form the base.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts on top of the base and gently press them down.
Melt 200 grams of bittersweet chocolate using the double boiler method.
Once melted, remove the chocolate from the heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of peanut butter until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuit base and spread it out evenly.
Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in a pan over low heat, then pour it on top of the chocolate layer.
Using a butter knife, create a design on the top layer.
Refrigerate the bars for 2 hours to set.
After 2 hours, remove the bars from the fridge and gently lift them out of the pan using the parchment paper.
Cut the bars into 2 by 2 inch squares as marked on the top.
