Allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding in walnuts, mixing well to coat.
Pour the mixture onto a flat surface lined with parchment paper.
Spread the mixture into a rectangular shape, about 1 inch thick.
Dust the top with cocoa powder and ground cinnamon for flavor.
Let it cool completely at room temperature for several hours, or overnight.
Once set, cut into strips or pieces.
Roll each piece in additional cocoa powder to coat.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
