Mix bread flour, fine sea salt, and dry yeast in a large bowl.
Add room temperature water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 10 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and divide it into equal pieces.
Shape each piece into a long baguette form, about 14 inches long.
Place shaped baguettes on a baking sheet.
Cover and let rise again until puffy, about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
Make shallow slashes on the top of each baguette with a sharp knife.
Bake baguettes for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
