Sauté the 4 vegetable onions until they are translucent.

Add the 2.4 kg Tafelspitz to the Dutch Oven and sear on all sides.

Pour in 1 l of Cola and add the 1 jar of Schattenmorellen.

Stir in 500 ml of BBQ sauce and season with Pork & Beef spice mix and Fleur de Sel Smoky Buche.

Cover and cook in the Dutch Oven for 4 hours until the beef is tender and can be pulled apart.
