4 cups cold milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large egg yolks

Pluck the kadaif dough with your hands or cut it with a knife.

Toast the kadaif dough in a pan and add sugar as it starts to change color.

Add the jotter balls and crush them with a spatula while continuing to toast everything in the pan until the dough turns golden brown.

In a pot, add cold milk, sugar, starch, and vanilla, then stir and continue stirring until it thickens.

Once the milk thickens, pour a scoop into a bowl with an egg yolk and mix it.

Pour another scoop of the thickened milk into the bowl and mix well, repeating one more time.

Pour the egg mixture back into the milk pot and bring it to a boil, then take it off the heat.

Fill dessert glasses with the crumbled kadaif dough and pour the muhallebi pudding on top.
