nutritional yeast

🥗Healthier: brewer's yeast

1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray, and set aside. If you haven't already, start cooking spaghetti noodles according to package directions.

2

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, onion, bell pepper, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Break up the beef into crumbles and cook, occasionally stirring, until the beef is no longer pink and the veggies have softened, about 10 minutes.

3

Drain any excess grease then stir in marinara sauce and reduce the heat to low, simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4

While the meat sauce simmers, make the alfredo sauce. In a dutch oven or large stock pot melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

5

Stir in heavy cream, shredded parmesan cheese, kosher salt, and black pepper. Cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce thickens slightly.

6

Add the cooked spaghetti to the alfredo sauce and stir until the noodles are coated in the sauce. Pour this mixture into the prepared baking dish.

7

Top with the meat sauce.

8

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and shredded parmesan cheese over the top. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.

9

Garnish with dried parsley flakes (optional) and serve!
