Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  2. 2Add salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to the egg mixture and mix well.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4Add diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
  5. 5Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables.
  6. 6Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, allowing them to cook evenly.
  7. 7When the eggs start to set, add the diced tomatoes and shredded cheese.
