Rip the boiled potatoes into chunks.

Heat a thin film of vegetable oil in a pan.
Add half of the potato chunks to the pan and fry them, flipping occasionally until browned.
Remove the potatoes when they are crispy and golden brown.
Fry the beef for 2 minutes on each side in butter.
Put the beef in the oven at 200 degrees for 5-6 minutes.
Let the beef rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
