Mix 500 grams of all-purpose flour with 250 grams of butter ghee until a very soft dough forms.

In a separate bowl, mix 200 grams of white sugar with 150 ml of water until the sugar dissolves.

Add 3 grams of baking powder and 20 grams of sugar syrup to the sugar-water mixture.

Gradually add the sugar-water mixture to the dough until fully absorbed.

Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.

Prepare the garnish by mixing toasted sesame seeds with 1 tablespoon of icing sugar and 40 grams of sugar syrup.

Add a little water mixed with rose water to the sesame mixture to ensure it coats evenly.

Shape the dough into small balls, coat one side with sesame seeds and the other with pistachio slices.

Place the shaped cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper, pressing them slightly.
