1

In a bowl, add chicken mince, spring onion, carrot, garlic, black pepper, chicken powder, red chilli, pink salt, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix well and set aside.

2

In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornflour, and pink salt. Gradually add warm water, mix, and knead until a dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

3

Take a portion of the dough, make a ball, and roll it out as thin as possible. Cut into 2-inch circles.

4

Apply water on the edges, place 1 tsp of the filling, fold, and seal properly. This should make about 19-20 dumplings.

5

In a frying pan, heat olive oil and fry the dumplings until light golden, about 1 minute on each side.

6

Add water, cover, and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes or until the water dries up.

7

In a small bowl, mix ginger, garlic, red chilli, chicken powder, sesame oil, honey, lemon juice, and soy sauce to prepare the dressing.

8

In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, purple cabbage, capsicum, red bell pepper, and fresh coriander. Add the dressing and toss well.

9

In a serving bowl, add the prepared salad, top with fried dumplings, garnish with fresh coriander, cherry tomatoes, chilli oil, and sesame seeds. Serve!
