Boil palm butter cream in water until soft, about 30 minutes.
Drain and cool the palm butter cream, then pound them in a mortar to extract the oil.
Add the pounded palm butter cream back to a pot with fresh water and heat over medium.
Stir in chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger; cook until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
Add any meat or fish of your choice and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Incorporate chopped bell peppers and habanero pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.
Add palm butter leaves and crayfish; cook until greens are wilted, about 5 minutes.
Season with any seasoning of your choice to taste.
Serve hot with rice or fufu.
