1 tsp Hot Curry powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Kebsa Seasoning
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Chicken Bullion
1 tsp Season All Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Paprika
1 Jalapeño
1 Tomato
3 Potato’s
1 whole onion
4 cups water
1 tsp oil
2 bay leaves
1/2 can Tomato sauce
1 cube or 1 tsp tomato paste
2 cups washed rice
1 packet Goya
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Kebsa Seasoning
1/2 tsp Hot Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
Pinch ginger powder
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp olive oil or regular oil
1/4 bunch Cilantro
1/3 bunch Parsley
2 tbsp Sour Cream
2 tbsp Water

In a large bowl add in lamb, hot curry powder, turmeric, cumin, chicken bullion, all season salt, garlic salt, black pepper, coriander, paprika and your blended mix.

Let lamb, blended mixture and seasonings marinate for 1-2 hrs or you can leave it marinate overnight in the fridge.

Cut onions, tomatoes and a jalapeño in half.

On medium low heat in a wide pot add in oil, allow the pan to heat for 30 seconds.

Add in onions cook until golden.

Add in your meat cook for 20 minutes add in tomato and jalapeño.

Add in tomato paste and tomato sauce to meat.

Occasionally stir, cook for 15 minutes.

Cut up potatoes and cook with meat for 12 minutes.

Add in water to lamb potatoes let boil for 5 minutes.

In a large oven pot add washed rice, Goya, black pepper, salt, cumin, kebsa seasoning, paprika, coriander, seasoning salt, ginger, olive oil and butter.

Gently pour in your lamb mixture.

Bake for 35-40 mins until water is gone.
