1 tablespoon cumin powder

1 boiling cube
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 bay leaves
4 cardamom pods
4 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 large tomato
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups long grain basmati rice
4 cups hot water

Cook onion until golden brown.

Add lamb meat and stir-fry with spices (carrot, paprika, turmeric, cumin powder, cumin seed, all-purpose seasoning, boiling cube, curry powder, bay leaf, cardamom, clove, and cinnamon stick) for a few minutes.
