soy sauce

pork tenderloin

Cut the pork tenderloin into strips.
Prepare optional seasoning with garlic and onions.
Open a tin of baby corn and set aside.
Prepare a lot of celery stalks, christophine, bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots as vegetables.
Heat a wok and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add the pork to the wok and cook for at least 10 minutes, adding water to steam it while cooking.
After 5 minutes, check the pork; it should be cooked properly after 10 minutes.
Remove the pork from the wok and set aside.
Wash the wok to avoid burning the oil.
Add the vegetables to the wok and steam them for a few minutes, using red, green, and yellow bell peppers for color.
After steaming for 3 minutes, add a dash of salt to the vegetables.
Continue cooking the vegetables for another few minutes until they are crunchy.
Add the cooked pork back into the wok with the vegetables.
Mix in oyster sauce, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce.
Mix cornstarch with water and add it to the wok to thicken the sauce.
Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
