In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp of vanilla sugar, and 1/4 tsp of salt.
In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of room temperature milk, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup of water.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a small amount of batter, swirling to coat the bottom of the skillet.
Cook until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
For the chocolate spread, mix 2 tbsp of cocoa powder, 1 tbsp of honey, and 2 tbsp of milk until smooth.
