Add the milk and water to a large jar to make your delicious crepes.
Crack the eggs into the milk and water and add sugar, salt, and melted butter. Whisk well until well combined.
Sieve the all-purpose flour into a mixing bowl and gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ones. Mix everything well.
Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour or at least 30 minutes.
Heat some butter in an 8-inch pan or skillet over medium heat.
Once heated, pour a cup of batter into the center of the pan and swirl the batter evenly. Cook on both sides and repeat with the remaining batter.
Once done, serve along with your favorite toppings and sides. Otherwise, make a sweet or savory crepe filling and fill the crepe according to your taste buds. Serve and Enjoy.
