Cook until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden, about 1-2 minutes.
Flip the crepe and cook the other side until golden, about 1 minute more.
Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.
Serve warm with desired fillings or toppings.
