Crack 2 large eggs into a large bowl.
Add warmed milk to the eggs.
Whisk to combine the eggs and milk together.
Add melted butter and a bit of vanilla extract to the mixture.
Add all-purpose flour and whisk it in until smooth.
Add granulated sugar and salt; whisk until the batter is smooth.
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
Preheat a non-stick pan on medium heat and lightly coat with butter.
Ladle the batter into the pan and spread it to create a thin layer.
Let the crepe cook for about 2 minutes until the edges lift.
Gently flip the crepe over and cook the other side for 1 minute.
Repeat until at least three crepes are made.
Fold the crepes into a triangle shape and set aside.
Juice both oranges into a container or cup.
Take one orange and zest it; cut thin slices from the other orange for garnish.
In a large saucepan, add the orange juice, orange zest, and butter.
Heat the sauce on medium-high heat until the butter is melted and the sauce starts simmering.
Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
Pour in the Grand Marnier and carefully light it on fire to flambe.
Once the fire has subsided, turn off the heat.
Place about three crepes into the sauce at a time to coat them.
Repeat until all crepes are covered in the sauce.
In a large bowl, pour heavy cream and some granulated sugar.
Whisk until the cream creates at least soft peaks.
To plate, place three crepes onto a plate and spoon some of the orange sauce near the ends.
Garnish with three thin orange slices and pipe whipped cream over the crepes.
Garnish with mint.
