1/4 cup moong dal
1/4 cup mash dal
1/4 cup chana dal
2 bay leaves

1 & 1/2 kg beef boneless
2 medium onions
6 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1 cup oil
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red crushed chilli
2 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp sonth (ginger powder)
3 darchini (cinnamon)
5 bay leaves
1 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp jaifal & jawitri powder
4 glasses water
green coriander (hara dhania)
mint (pudina)
green chilies (hari mirchien bareek kati hoi)
lemon
fried onion (tali hoi piyaz)
ginger julienne (adrak)
chaat masala
