1

Slice 300 grams of eye of round steak into thin slices, cutting against the grain for tenderness.

2

In a bowl, add the sliced beef and enough water to cover it. Then add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of monk fruit sweetener, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and some black pepper. Let it marinate for about one hour.

3

After marinating, take the beef out of the marinade and pat it dry.

4

Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the beef to add flavor.

5

Coat each piece of beef with half a cup of all-purpose flour.

6

Break 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them.

7

Heat oil in a pan on medium for 2 minutes.

8

Dunk the floured beef into the beaten eggs and place them in the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until the batter forms and is golden brown.

9

Remove the beef from the pan after cooking both sides for 5 minutes each.

10

Cut the kimchi into thin pieces using scissors and place it in a bowl.

11

In a wok, add 1 tablespoon of oil and heat it on medium-high for 1-2 minutes.

12

Add chopped green onions to the wok and sauté them until fragrant.

13

Add the kimchi to the wok along with 1 tablespoon of Korean dashida (beef stock powder) and mix well.

14

Add the cooked rice to the wok and mix everything together until well combined, ensuring the rice is red from the kimchi.

15

For extra calories, add another tablespoon of sesame oil and 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds to the fried rice before serving.
