Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.
Add 100 grams of chopped onion and fry until softened.
Add 400 grams of beef and fry until browned.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of worcester sauce.
Add 250 grams of tomato paste and 100 milliliters of heavy cream.
Pour in 100 milliliters of chicken stock and add 1 tablespoon of oregano and 2 bay leaves; stir together.
Season with 1 tablespoon of pepper and 1 tablespoon of salt; mix well and remove from heat.
In a separate pot, melt 20 grams of butter and add 40 grams of sliced jalapeno.
Stir in 10 grams of flour and cook briefly.
Gradually add 250 milliliters of milk while stirring to thicken the sauce.
Add 50 grams of gruyere cheese, 100 grams of cheddar, and 150 grams of mozzarella; stir until melted.
Add 250 grams of cooked macaroni pasta to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
Begin assembling the lasagna by spreading a thin layer of the meat mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer lasagna sheets over the meat, followed by dollops of the macaroni mixture.
Continue layering with cheese slices, more lasagna sheets, more meat, and more macaroni cheese until the dish is full.
Cover the dish with baking paper and foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
After 30 minutes, grill the lasagna for 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius to brown the top.
Slice the lasagna into portions and serve.
