Garlic Butter Scrambled Eggs

Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Chilly flakes - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 1.5 tbsp
Garlic - 2 tbsp, Finley chopped
Spring onion - 1/4 cup, Finley chopped
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Milk - 2/3 cup
Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
Spring onion green - 2-3 tbsp, finely chopped

In a bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp chilly flakes.

In a pan, melt 1.5 tbsp of butter over medium heat.

Add the whisked egg mixture to the pan and scramble until cooked to your liking.

In another pan, melt an additional 1.5 tbsp of butter and add 2 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and 1/4 cup of finely chopped spring onion, sauté until fragrant.

Mix in 1 tsp of corn flour, 2/3 cup of milk, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp chilly flakes, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, stirring until combined and slightly thickened.

Serve the scrambled eggs topped with the butter garlic sauce and garnish with 2-3 tbsp of finely chopped spring onion greens.
