How To Make Groundnut Cake /Peanut Brittle. (for Beginners)

Blend 2 cups of roasted granut until it's smooth but not too smooth, leaving some full granut pieces.

Heat a fry pan until hot and add 1 cup of granulated sugar to melt.

Stir the melting sugar with a spatula until it turns caramel color.

Once the sugar has melted and reached caramel color, add the blended granut to the pan.

Stir the granut and melted sugar together quickly until they mix well and stick together.

When the mixture sticks together and is ready, remove it from the heat to prevent burning.

Spread baking paper on a cutting board and pour the hot granut mixture onto it.

Cover the mixture with another piece of baking paper and roll it out with a rolling stick, ensuring it's not too thick or too thin.

Use a knife to shape the rolled granut cake and cut it into straight lines and then into squares, separating them as you cut.

Leave the granut cake to cool down completely before serving.
