1 tsp fenugreek seeds/methi
3 tbsp mustard dal/rai dal
1/2 tsp black cumin seeds/kalonji
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black salt
2 tbsp salt
150ml mustard oil
a pinch of asafoetida/hing
1.5 tbsp vinegar
