1 lb thinly sliced chicken breast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup thinly sliced white onions
8 oz baby bella mushrooms
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup green onions
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup marsala wine
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup fresh parsley

Salt and pepper both sides of the thinly sliced chicken breast.

Dredge the chicken breast in flour.

Heat a pan lightly coated with olive oil.

Add the chicken breast to the hot pan and cook for about a minute on each side.

Place the chicken in a sheet pan and set aside for later.

Add butter to the pan to start making the sauce.
