Start with three frozen bags of jute leaves, each weighing 14 ounces.
Add cooked cod meat, chicken, and turkey to the pot.
Incorporate 1 tablespoon of dried shrimp and 1 teaspoon of lemon and pepper seasoning mix.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin and stir.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Add blended scotch bonnet peppers and garlic cloves to the pot.
Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and stir well.
Reduce heat to medium and let it cook for about 30 minutes to an hour until thickened, stirring occasionally.
After 30 minutes, check the thickness and add 1 cup of palm oil.
Let it cook for an additional 5 minutes to incorporate the oil.
